Durhams new rig for JULY EROCC??

Hey fellas, anyone have any pics of Durhams new 2500 pounder for the JULY EROCC event?? What did his old rig weigh anyway. Wondering if this new little rig will be able to keep up with his right foot?

What! Durham with a new, little, light rockcrawler! Everyone watch out! I thought he was always compensating with his driving skill for his vehicle's inability. He was able to keep up with all the comp buggies and still manage to get in the winners circle with what is now considered a "trail rig", so just imagine if he had a more competitive buggy to start with.
Someone please give us details or pics or something!

I heard......That he had some chassis that would still drive upside down. He had to almost lay down to drive it. W/ the 40's the chassis dosen't touch right side up or down. He won't have it out till the supercrawl because he is still messing w/ his remote oiling system. It loses too much oil pressure upside down and climbing vertical. I'm sure he'll figure it out soon.

Vehicle: Chris Durham Custom Built Tube Frame Buggy

Powerplant: 2003 Chrysler 4-cylinder fuel-injected 2.4 liter turbo

Axle Rear: Aluminum Ford 9" 35 Spline with Detroit Locker & Unimog Portal Outers

Axle Front: Aluminum Ford 9" 35 Spline with Detroit Locker & Unimog Portal Outers

Transfer Case: Dana 300

Tires: Goodyear MTR's 40"

Transmission: Chrysler 904
Front Suspension: Leaf Sprung
Rear Suspension: 4-link suspension with Walker Evans Racing Coilovers

Thats what was on offroad.com

My queston is this:
If you are attempting an obstical and roll over, that is fine now you can drive upsidedown. But if you couldn't make it the first time isn't it now gonna be way harder with all the controls backwards?

IE:

Foward is now reverse
Left is now right

I can't wait to see it!

Looking forward to seeing it! Hard to imagine Chris and 2500 lbs not adding up to multiple fuses. We'll see

durham with 2500lbs just equals one big boom. he'll probably twist the chassis in half launching down an obstacle.

CANT WAIT TO SEE IT RUN!!

Shut your cake hole stupid newb!!!

Actually i'm kind of bummed, it was cool that his rig resembled a trail truck, and still kicked that much ass. It highlighted his driving skills too....

BJ- the Brown boys (Pure Adrenaline) are just messing with you- think about it, on 40" goodyears the cage would have to be 39" off the deck so it could move in a parking lot while upside down.

Now if it had those chain drive swingarms that would be different, but not at 2500 lbs it wouldn't. If his new buggy is ready it will be public in a few hrs at EROCC tech. If it has a turbo 4 it couldlikely survive Chris at 2500 lbs.

I thought I would give you guys something to talk about on driving upside down. His new rig will be out for the supercrawl. He had to do something to compete w/ everyone. His driving skills could only go so far. He had to build a rig that would compete too. If it works like he's hoping look out at the top he's coming!

This will be the test I am looking for with Mog9's.

I have NEVER seen so much abuse heaped on a rig as by Durham.

Get it!
