Cal Rocs vs Cal Neva Who is going where?

Unfortunately both events are scheduled for the same weekend May 14th and 15th. I had planned on running both series this conflict will not allow it. So who is going where? I will go first. Team Trent Fab is going to Cal Rocs in Oroville Ca.

I can't justify driving driving an extra 2.5 hours to get to Oroville, getting a hotel for 2 nights, and eating on the road for 2 days and 3 nights vs. driving 20 minutes from my house for the next Cal-Neva. On top of that most people who are also doing We-Rock won't want to go to the same site 2 weekends in a row. It's nothing personal against Kurtis or CalROCs.

The BSW crew will be at CalRocs in Oroville and every CalRocs after that. That is if we get our rig fixed. Anyone got a stock dana 300 output shaft (short shaft)?

I also put up $1000 to the team with the best time on the money pit obstacle at the next Cal-Neva (if someone can actually finish it ). The obstacle will be open for any team to try, no matter what class they are in. I announced that at the awards after the first event so I can't change my mind about it now!

We’re hard at work gearing up for Round #2! Glenn has spent 3 days in Reno this week, putting up & passing out several hundred flyers. Tony K came up and was scouting new lines for the courses, and I've been hard at work with the other preparations.

Thats awsome fullbody deffinatley has something to look foward to at Cal-Neva Extreme round 2. You know I don't want trail-mod to be left out so I am offering a set of D60 or D44 CTM's and if the Longiotti's win I will find something even better. Monday I'll spend some time sweetening the pots for all classes.
I think you all need to thank somebody for lighting a fire under all our asses to making CNX round 2 the one drivers will be fighting hard for the win.

Mountain Valley Homes is my manufactured home dealership in Auburn. I sell Karsten Homes. I've been talking to Glenn for a while about sponsoring Cal-Neva Extreme. The reason I'm putting it into the full body class is the Power Tank contingency takes care of the upper classes but does not get down to full body. I judged for the full body (my first time judging) at the last comp had a blast. All of the competitors were great & I wanted to sweeten the pot for them. Thank you Glenn & Val for letting me be a part Cal-Neva Extreme.

Fighting 55 Racing will be making the trip up to Reno. Tally another SuperMod to the Cal-Neva list. It really sucks that there is the date conflict for the 14th and again with NorCal Rock Racing on July 23rd. I was wanting to try and run few series this year, so unfortunately I'm going to be missing 2 CalROCs events to make that possible.

What are you coming out of retirement just to cherry pick a comp that won't have many competitors? Remember the pots get bigger when there are more competitors. Come up the hill where the big pot will be. Of coarse the competition will be fierce. So, maybe you don't want to come.

Shes pickin the comp that comes with CASH IN HAND at the event that is guarantied payout 1st thru 3rd in ALL classes. the pot was good at the last Calrocs event. Plus the shoot out which is another 500 cash in hand, no waiting for a couple days (or weeks) to get your money.
Remember the pot does get bigger with more competitors, so why dont you guys take a ride down the hill and run with the big dogs? Where the unlimited class is a true unlimited, rear-steer points=GONE!!!
