Big Block 1 ton '87 YJ for sale - $14,000 OBO

Posting this for a customer. Lots of work and money went into using the right parts the first time. With a coilover setup this would be an incredible rig for a great price with great street manners. This is now eligible for classic tags in NJ (and i'm sure many other states).

Built in 2005. All parts were NEW or rebuilt.

1987 YJ
Frame sandblasted, primed and painted after unnecessary brackets were removed
Original tub in good shape. Fading paint.

Engine:
1995 Chevy TBI 454 from K3500 truck
Ceramic coated shorty headers
3" single exhaust, Magnaflow muffler, high flow cat
New radiator with dual 10" SPAL fans (1 month old)

Transmission:
NV4500HD from Dodge diesel truck
Rebuilt in 2005 and running Royal Purple gear oil

Transfer Case:
Atlas 2 speed 3.8:1
New in 2005

All trans and tcase adapters from Advance Adapters, new in 2005

Front axle:
High Pinion Dana 60 from 1979 F350
Sandblasted primed and painted
35 spline inner shafts, 35 spline Yukon alloy outers
ARB Air Locker with 4.56 gears
ARB Air compressor
All new bearings and seals in 2005
New Kingpins and associated parts in 2005
All new brakes, 1 ton F350
Deadenbear outer knuckles
MAD4wd High Steer Arms
BTF Cover

Rear axle:
Full width 14 bolt
Sandblasted, primed, painted
Disc brake conversion
New Detroit locker, 4.56 gears, all bearings and seals in 2005
MORE traction bar
BTF Cover

MORE bombproof engine mounts
Custom trans crossmember and skid plates
High Angle Driveline 1410 shafts front and rear
AGR Steering box tapped by LII for hydro assist
Hydro assist ram (1 month old)
New PS pump (1 month old)
1.5" x .250" DOM steering, 1 ton TREs

Suspension:
Custom shock mounts for hydro shocks
Front swaybar disconnects
SOA on Rubicon Express 1.5" 6 leaf springs, RE1445
MORE Boomerang shackles front and rear
All new poly bushings and greaseable hardware

Brakes:
All new stainless brake lines and stainless braided flex hoses
Vanco Hydroboost System (stops INCREDIBLY well)
High Angle Pinion brake on tcase for e-brake

Four H2 wheels, one black steelie for spare
35x12.5R17 Procomp Xterrains

Exterior:
All new body mounts, 1" body lift in 2005
Bestop 6" flares
KOZ Offroad rocker guards with integrated step
LOW rear bumper with swing out tire carrier
ARB Safari Snorkel
Custom front bumper with homemade tow bar
Milemarker M1050 winch on MAD4WD winch plate
Wireless Remote, 3/8" x 100' Amsteel blue rope
Bestop Supertop with full soft doors new in 2005
New mirrors with aluminum bushings in 2005
LED taillights
Kilby Gas Tank skid
20 gallon gas tank
Electric fuel pump mounted on frame rail

Interior:
Bestop High-back bucket seats
Custom dash with Autometer Phantom II gauges
Tuffy center console
Tuffy overhead console with Pioneer stereo and Cobra CB
