SFR Buggy For Sale! - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum

I'm getting ready to start a couple new projects and need to make some space, so I'm selling my personal buggy.

This one was built primarily as a crawler, but could be set up for going fast pretty easily. I was planning on doing exactly that myself, but haven't had time yet. If the new owner wants I can do any and all modifications they like to suit their usage.

Ok so here are the specs.

98 Vortec 4.3L V6
700R4
D300 with shorty Adapter and lomax 4:1 gears
D44 Front with Detroit alloy shafts and longfield joints
Rear is an Isuzu 12 Bolt with a full width truss and 1/2 ton chevy brakes. This is NOT the same as a GM 12 bolt. It's more like a toyota axle but significantly bigger.
3 links Front and rear with Sway A Way Air shocks.
CNC dual Master Cylinders with dual pedals
PRP Lowback seats with separate head rests
JEReel Drivelines front and Rear
37" ProComp XTerrains (have one spare with plugged sidewall)
Full Hydro steering with Single ended ram

This car doesn't have a ton of time on it, as I always seem to be in the shop working on other peoples rigs, and it's also not my only rig. It's proven to be very reliable and extremely capable though. I've wheeled it all over the southwest and it's never left me stranded. Just a simple capable rig that'll go just about anywhere.

Wow...sucks to see this kick-butt buggy up for sale but someone will be stoked to own it. I've driven this buggy and it is VERY capable, a breeze to drive, and practical for hard play or long trailrides.

Just pulled it into the shop to check things over and get some more detailed pics. The original Trooper front clip got all dented up on the trails so I fabbed up a simple aluminum hood before the last run. I have another hood and fender set to cut up if someone wants the full body look. I'm also happy to bend up some new door skins to replace the scraped up ones that are on it now.

Just put all new body panels on it and gave it a fresh paint job, as well as some new(er) seats. It's ready to rock, and I've dropped the price even more!
