Chassis, rollers, turnkey
Chassis start at $3300 for 2 seater, and $3500 for 3/4 seater.
All DOM. Main bars are 1.75, with 1.5 and 1.25 filler. Rockrails are .188 wall, optional .188 wall overhead and subframe for those that beat their rigs. Cutting out dented tube sucks. 48-54" wide at cowl. I've done several with cruisier hoods, alot of jeeps, and a rover so far. Wheelbases from 106-120, could go longer. Can build anything from a bare chassis to turnkey. Recent build here http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/gener...ggy-build.html Couple others. http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=916712 http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/jeep-...eep-build.html http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthrea...094&highlight= http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthrea...984&highlight= http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthrea...682&highlight= More pictures here http://s199.photobucket.com/albums/aa164/jimsgarage/ |

Just to clarify... 14-15 less $3200 for chassis is $11800 - $12800 for labor only to assemble it assuming parts are supplied?

$11500-12500 for labor only (all parts and materials after the chassis are extra) to do all the rest of the fab work, take it apart, put it back together, plumb, wire, and finish it. |

2500-3000 labor to mount drivetrain and build suspension. You don't want to paint it till all the fab work done. There is ALOT of stuff left to build/weld beyond it being a roller. |

Do you have the specs on #17? length, width, height, etc...
How long did it take to fab the chassis? Can it be made a bit longer to have 4 seats and room for storage in back? Looking to build a 4-seater soon and I really like your chassis. What is the process of getting the chassis to Colorado? Thanks in advance for the info |

Takes about 2 weeks to build a chassis, I have a roller going right now and another chassis after that.
#17 is 52" wide outside-outside at the cowl, and a little wider at the back of the front seats. 113" wb with a slight overhang past the rear tires. 2 full rear seats are about 6" wider and several inches longer than the bench. It would make the whole buggy bigger-taller/wider/longer and leave little room for storage. I'd say $3800. About 300 lbs of adults will fit in the bench ![]() I have not shipped one yet, but have been quoted 500-600 to go that distance. |

He's building #18 as a roller for me right now. Should be complete next week sometime. I will do a build thread later. I know that he has a chassis in line after mine. If you are looking for someone who builds some great rigs and easy to work with Jims Garage hands down! #18 with a little Twist.

#17 has been on the lakebed in JV all week. We ran all the sick trails. Jack/Sledge, Backdoor, Chocolate Thunder, Full of Hate, Big Johnson, and a hole slew of others.

Lay eyes on a turn key and it will cause an itchy check writing hand. Check is in the mail for lucky #21.
