Only the guy filling fuel needs the suit and helmet, the rest of your crew needs the high vis vests you can buy at walmart. There's always grey area in the rules but just use common sense. If it doesn't specify the size of light or location use your best judgement, could I see that light coming at me if I was in another car?

Wish we new this stuff before I paid my entry. Now I have no choice to spend more money. The fire suit helmet rule for the guy fueling the car seems a bit overboard to me. Never seen this in any offroad racing

We have 2 4" dia and one small amber in the rear, and oval trailer stt's with the factory ranger 3rd brakelight. No blue tho. Up front we have an 8" round amber.

What do you guys run for blue? About the only decent blue I can find is the 50$ KC oval. I'm all for supporting kc, is that the only one out there?

I have heard of people taking a clear LED light and painting it blue or putting transparent blue tape on it, other wise they are pretty expensive

That's exactly what I did, clear light and some RC car transparent blue paint. No way in hell I was spending what they want for what basically is a blue trailer light. I even got fancy and spent the $8 to make it blinky.

If u wanna park by us that will be no problem. One of us will be happy to dump gas in your car. It would help us too since we don't have a spare suit...

We have lots of tools, generator, etc too.

Meaning? We should plan on this being like KOH, V2r etc as far as vehicle and pit rules? Specifically Pit rules. How about the Blue light?

Make JT treat Ol' blue like the redhead bastard child so we can get some attention Good luck in Mexico drive safe but fast.

Yes, the ultra4 rulebbook is in effect. While I find merit in the fueling rules, full firesuits will not be required. Same with the front amber and blue light

I hope that means the same rules are in effect for us non-ultra 4 guys.

So you are inviting 40 guys to lightly tap you?
FYI I reduced the number by 1 cause I really don't want to tap you'r ass

Good to hear about the Ultra 4 rules standing.

I have to say that very few if any of the faster guys are the type to just punt you, if you watch the mirrors you should be fine.

Hell Cambell will usually go by you in the pucker brush at a high rate of speed. But having been the recipient of a nerf from him Fucker packs a punch for such a small car.

You dont race BITD as 7140 do you?

Oh, and no taps!!! Only my rockcrawler brothers!

And I agree with Brandon. I have never had an issue at any of these smaller races with getting punted. Its always some jackass at BITD in another limited class.
