Breaking News for the Parker 425!!!

The biggest star in offroad racing WILL be defending his Parker title!! Robby Gordon and his break neck schedule will be taking a few hours out of his NASCAR testing at the Las Vegas Speedway to attempt to defend his title from '06 when he won the Parker 425 in his fresh off the boat from Africa Hummer...This year it looks like Robby will be running his Trophy Truck as it was spotted being towed into Parker in the last hour!! Look for the big black Chevy with the "Monster" energy drink logos on it and the hordes of people following it around!!!

I think it is very cool that he will be at Parker racing a BITD race!
But... I think it is insane the amount of hype around the guy, sheesh

Be careful, he likes to pin ball off cars he passes, he's also known for running just off the side of the track, where there are less runts and bumps, the same place you pull over, to let him by...

Rich

PS good luck guys

Bruce, let's leave tonight and head down there. If we take your trailer, we'll save on hotels, (not like there will be any rooms available anyway

There is a big difference between worship and respect. I think most the people on this thread respect Robby Gordon as a driver. I haven't seen too many people do what he does in any off road vehicle. I think that is worth respecting. What's your reason for thinking he and the people that respect him are gay (and I really hope it's not one of those "he seems gay", or "a friend of a friend saw him do something...". Those bug me.)?

First of all I don't care who is racing, but when the big names go to any race it's more interesting.

My reason for wanting to go is that friends are racing and I'm at home

So if wanting to go to races is gay, I guess you can call me that. If it's because you think someone is gay for likely Gordon, alot of off road racing fans are then gay.

And who is your favorite driver?

Please enlighten us, mister almighty bringer of the titles

Please refer to the"BRO" thread, being that you guys are such racers & "respect" robby, you would understand the stereo type im speeking of. The "Robby is the sickest dude, lets go pack the pits and line the course. He's the Sickest" kinda guys. That shit brings the gayness.

TT are awesome BUT if you were racing in laughlin you'd know what i was speaking of... so its not just an I hate ROBBY kind of thing, its an i hate all the asswipes that troll in kinda thing.

oh and for you guys that race you'll fucking love it when he SLAMS your car from behind. Robby doesnt give out taps

"awww, just realized that you werent the only one?"

check out Mcchacran. thats a talented driver.

I know what you mean. It was a VORRA driver that got slammed a couple of years ago at laughlin by Robby, but then again it was that same VORRA driver that tapped Robby out in Robbies pit shortly after said race

But Robby manned up when the cops showed up, "what are you talking about, there was no fighting in this pit"

X2
He fawkin gets it!

Robby may or may not be a lot of things, but he climbed a little higher on my respect list, when he showed up at tech, driving a service bed truck with his TT on a flat bed, unloaded it himself and drove down to tech his rig like the rest of us. He climbed a little higher yet when he walked into the drivers meeting alone and took an avalible seat in the crowed like the rest of us. He climbed still higher when he came thru pit 3 completely out of shape but never left the track. The python on lap two inked the deal. RG is the shit in an offroad car.
