What is this rig worth?

So I have the chance to pick this up for fairly cheap (less than $500) and I was wondering if it was worth anything.

Early 80s ford chassis
9" rear cracked in half but 3rd is good with gears and locker
rear traction bar ripped off mounts.
frame and cage are solid
33 goodyear mts grooved and some fancy beadlocks on rear
6 fox shocks

Not that I don't like smacking people for stupid things, but in the mid 80's it was common to run 3 shocks on each corner of a buggy for heat dissapation. If the truck was built that long ago it likely explains the setup. All I see are red x's so what do I know.
