custom fabbed ttb
i know ive seen some pics of this done but would like to get more indepth on it. think ive seen a custom chevy short course truck with the for twin traction beems under the front (4wd beams). if anybody has pictures or measurements that would be great. i have a 2wd ranger and want to put 4wd f150/bronco ttb's under the front but the engine crossmember is in the way. would like to cut it out and make my own mounts.
thanks

You need to ditch the 2wd and get yourself a 4wd frame. Autofab makes D44 TTB conversion kit for Rangers/Explorers/BIIs.
Take a look at this thread: http://www.race-dezert.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19701 |

yeah ive read that in a few magazines. the frame wont matter. i am going to cut the front half off anyway. wanted to build something i could get to sit much lower and still use beams.
