Pictures of Jesse Jones wreck in the ocean - Baja 250

Jesse Jones was playing catch up in Baja 250 down near the ocean when he ran out of dirt while running behind a class 10 car. As you can see, the wreck was beyond spectacular.

Camo assisted in the extration of the Fabtech trophy truck, and had to pull it end over end 3 times to get it out of the rocks and water, where a back hoe then dug out the 25' wall down to the truck and built a ramp to drag the truck up.

This was simply an amazing race!
We heard the voice over the Weatherman channel, it was TT# 76 telling the world they just went over a 100-foot cliff and landed in the ocean, everyone got silent really quick, waiting for more details. The tone of his voice conveyed the seriousness of the wreckage.
What a lucky pair to live through that experience. Wow! See more pics here:

What an epic event.

Did anyone see how fast Pistol Pete was said to be clocked at? I hear it’s up in the 130mph range!

Or how about the Mexican police (aka Federales) taking TT driver Mark Post to jail at gunpoint?

Or
From The official SCORE Media e-mail…:

“ENSENADA, Mexico—In what will surely go done as one of the closest races in SCORE desert racing history Hawaii’s Alan Pflueger drove his Chevy Silverado to the Overall 4-Wheel vehicle and SCORE Trophy-Truck titles in Saturday’s record-setting 21st Annual Tecate SCORE Baja 250.”

For what? Speeding? I thought if you dropped a few $20 bills out the window as you were good to go?
