I think it would be fun to take a 2000 Ram 2500 regular cab, short box with V10, swap in an Allison automatic, swap the front D60 to a DynaTrac manual hub setup, 5.13's, ARB's, 6-8" quality lift, 44" Boggers, drop the bed for a flatty, build a snorkle and move all electronics to a waterproof/vented box on the flatbed. Hack the front fenders if needed to clear. Custom front hidden winch bumper (Reunel is too big) with a M12000 (the 15 has almost no rope).

The V10 has gobs of power and its stock, so no worries about reliability, its got FI for good running at angle, and its distributorless so water is not an issue.

A built Allison is just as good as a NV4500 but easier to drive. Full cage inside. Best part is that I get to keep the a/c!

Dodge Dana 70 from same truck as above.

01 2500 regular cab with a 4.5" lift
35" boggers
reunells front and rear with 9500i's in both.
roll cage,CB,after market stereo
all the power mods for the cummins turbo diesel.

LOL! I was looking at old threads in the dodge section looking for engine issue related problems. Started looking at some of the dumb threads from 2001 that we would crucify today.

much more intimidating in person especially since my Landcruiser has a 106" WB . The dodge at 134" should go up it with out the front getting light. it is also very tricky to get into. what you dont see is at the bottom of the pic the trail crosses perpendicular to this obstacle with the start of it being in a cove in the rock. The other choice is from below as in you drop down into the ravine lower and have a nice climb to get into the cove. the cool part about moon rocks is the rock is like 30 grit sand paper. even when you arent spinning tires you still leave black marks
