Now this will be good. Flame away!! I've got three strikes against me, being a stupid noob (well more like a 3 post a year lurker), pretty truck that got dirty twice (though that brush guard fended off many a shopping cart, and the 31" mall terrains conqured several curbs) and then made a huge mistake and sold it for the POS on the right. Also have '71 Duster 340 but she's not anything to show off yet. Mopar to ya!

Just curious, why'd you go SUA on the front? You may not like them goofy Tera Flex shackles. Yea they give you articulation but they have some goofy characteristics depending on where/how you wheel.

I did that because I needed a spring with a good arch to clear my front crossmember so I couldnt get a flat one and I didnt want it to be that big cuz its only a dana 44 so a 35 is about max and it is still my daily driver.

I want to try the shackles in the rear, see what they can do for me, but I want a 5 link in the front, just waitin till the weather warms up next spring cuz I hate workin in the cold for a long time. I want it to sorta be like BigGreenMonsters truck(pics below), except I want pneumatic cylinders and shocks instead of c/o's

Heres mine, its under construction right now. Doing shackle flip in rear and adding disc brakes in rear along with a built 440 with 284/484 cam. Putting locker in front along with superior axles, inner shafts and 35 spline outers. Hopefully i will quit breaking shafts. Warn 9.5ti multi mount winch. Brush guard/front bumper and roll cage already done. Also many other mods on the way. Thats a pic from this summer. Also have 44 tsl's, boggers, and cut ground hawgs. 42'' Rice and canes tires, those keep breaking my axles. 35 bf mud terrains for the road.

Heres a few of mine when I first got her. These are like the first few days in my posession. Not much changed since, but money is coming in a little over 24 hours! HAHA. I bought her in May of '05, and at the time she had 64600 original miles on her. She now has 67700 on her. The motor was replaced in 1989 by Mopar and at that time, she had 29,000 miles on her. 1973 Dodge powerwagon/318/727/NP205/and soon 3/4 ton D60/44 combo. She is perfect inside and out, and I will never sell her.
Got a factory rollbar for it from the local wrecking yard for $14. Buying 4 lights to go on that. With those, I am upgrading the alternator to a 100 amp output, and also fixing the wiring Dodge had so many problems with, eliminating the ampmeter. Steering stabilizer on its way with a super cool orange boot. Hmmm...what else....just a few odds and ends. Oh, and a new exhaust system Doing that all myself right after x-mas.
I have a pair of 3/4 ton D60 and D44 front and rear axles sitting, all brand new ready to go in. Just waiting to do my shackle flip in the back and save for new tires and wheels for the 8 lugs. Both are 4.10's with posi units.

Posting this for a buddy of mine..

1940 Plymouth Sedan

Plymouth sedan body was mounted on a ram charger chassis when he bought it. Since then he has put in a 440 with a tunnel ram and duel 750 edelbrocks. 44 inch TRXUS swampers and lifted it.

The thing is a hog in the mud and leaves ruts other trucks get high centered on.

Thanks! I will be sure to post up a pic when it sees it's debut on the trail.

BTW, I sure did like your old bobbed/Rockwell PW you use to wheel. Hated to see it get parted out. Course the Jeepster you are building now is going to be a kick ass rig as well. I've got one of those myself waiting to be tweaked for the little one when she gets old enough to help dad out.
