Cool Detroit Locker vs Detroit Truetrac

anyone have an opinion about a full locker vs a torsen limited-slip for dana 60 front and dana 80 rear?

i'm contemplating an electrac for the front and a truetrac for the back. i'm worried about driveline binding while towing, otherwise i'd easily go with the auto-locker in the dana 80. if i get slipping at the rear, i can always apply a little e-brake to the rear axle to simulate some traction and lock up again.

so what do y'all think?

I tow a 4000 lb travel trailer with a Detroit. No more trouble towing than driving.

~IF~ you wheel it.... Go fer it.

I Have towed with my No-Slip (full auto locker, just a drop in style locker) no problem -- wheels well too.

if this is for your cummins powered Dodge then you have very few choices for the front--I ended up with the ARB as there wasn't anything else that would work 3.5 yrs ago---make sure you double and triple check cuz sales guys will say stuff will work and then you get it tore apart and it won't---chris

Even my Dana 44 took two shots to get the correct locker, and the service manual doesn't list my stock gears.... Dodge is extremely hard to work with due to all of their hybrid drivtrain parts....
