I have a 99 2500 4x4 that has a very bad wonderind problem on the road. From what I can tell its the track bar. I found a bushing kit from energy suspetion for a 94 to 97 but nothing latter. Any thoughts on a fix besides buying a new one from the dealer?

DON'T GO TO THE DEALER!!!!
It's a rip off, all you get is an overpriced replacement that will wear out as quickly as the original did. ![]() What you want is either a DT products bar (replaces factory mount, uses a cheap replacable SRE) or a Lindstad (sp?) which replaces the ball joint on your factory one. http://dodgeram.org/tech/mods/steeri...t_install.html (looked all over, couldn't fine Lindstad, probably 'cause I'm spelling it wrong.) I've got a DT products on mine, it's beefy as heck. No experience with Lindstad, but I've heard good things.

I did the Linstad kit. Works for me. I thought about a lifetime warranty bar from Napa, but this one doesn't require removal from the vehicle to fix it-just crawl under there and adjust it.
