Missing Caliper Hold-Down
Also posted under General 4x4
Bought Dana 44 flat top knuckles, high steer arms, calipers, and pads all together from one person. I didn't get all the pieces. Red arrow in the pic indicates what's missing. One on top, one on bottom. These calipers do not slide on bolts (like I'm used to seeing). What's the source vehicle for these calipers and brackets (for future pad replacement or caliper rebuild/replace)? Since I never had the missing pieces, I don't know what it should look like or precisely how it does it's job. I'm thinking maybe I could just fab it up, but what should it look like? Or maybe they're cheap and readily available at a parts store? Anyone have this style caliper (for a pic of what I need) and/or the parts I'm missing laying around?

All 4. I can make a boneyard run today. This is a Chrysler-ish part I'm looking for, right? Reckon I could get it quick at the Dodge House?
Or..... how 'bout snapping a pic of yours?

74-93 Dodge 1/2, 3/4, or 1 ton 4x4 with CHRYSLER calipers. The AutoZone dude I first talked to [unbelievably] knew precisely what part 'name' to look for. Caliper Hardware Kit. The only thing not in the kit were very very short 5/16" bolts. Shortest I could find (3/4") were still too long, so I cut 'em. Brakes are bled. Time for gears soon.
