Which LSD is it???? (97 Ram 4x4)

My borther has a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 witht he 9 1/4" rear that came from the factory with an LSD.. What limited Slip came with these rears?

It works nice for a DD!!! It is almost always locked up and we have tried getting it to slip and not grab at different situations and it never did.. Always grabbed hard!
My bros True Trac doesn't work for shit in his 10 bolt front... Althoguh I have heard some negative things with running an LSD in a front end.... (turn the wheel and it unlocks) Hell, when he needed that thign most going straight it would unlock!

Mine was that tight from the factory as well, until it blew up towing a trailer, replaced with a Detroit. The Trac-Loc did okay unless you start getting into more serious offroad stuff and then it started to slip at the most inopportune times.
