I have a 94 1500 ram truck with the 46RH to adjsut the bands you lossened the jam nut up, torqued it down to 72 inch lbs and backed off like 2.5 turns. I belive the low/ reverse band was 2.25 turns and the kickdown band was around 2 5/8 turns. then you just locked the jam nut back down and should be good to go. I worked on a friends transmission for a 2002 ram truck and the procedure was the same. It would give ya a good place to start and I would be that it would be in the ballpark.

I dont like making $2000 mistakes. Certified transmissions in gilroy kicks ass.
