Finally making tube fenders....
My rig is a '97 so what you see should fit '94-'01's....it's made out of 1 3/4" .120 HREW, I will post more pics later showing where to cut etc...enjoy....
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh and they still retain the factory front lights/turn signals...

Subscribed. Hoping you'll give me some ideas on how to do something like this and retain/include my TR bumper. Right now I'm leaning towards retaining the fenders with an exo and running it into the bumper since the bar already follows the headlights pretty far to the outside.

Leave the lower section of your TR bumper, and add your own cage to your design. That would be the best in the end.
But I feel you. Doing a cab exo, and tying it to the bumper via a fender bar would be an economical way to protect everything

![]() I looked at mine then started cutting and by the time I was done, I was committed, and now I am glad I did it and it came out the way I wanted...and it's not that hard to do... I will post more pics hopefully over the next w/e... since I work at least 50 hrs during the week and I only have time on the w/e... when the family allows... I should hopefully have the fenders completed and the front bumper finished with the winch mounted...then it's primer time... after that it'll be sliders and maybe exo ?? lots to do....so please be paitent and I will update when possible...(hopefully, it'll be worth it in the end)
