I have a Dana 70 front from a 1970 Dodge W300. The tie rod ends are worn out and I get a death rattle if I go more than 25 mph. One end is part of the tie rod. And the tie rod is behind the axle, so it has a crazy bend to get around the driveshaft. Where can I get a replacement?
Other than getting a custom tie rod with changeable tie rod ends that is. Or (this probably won't work:confused can I swap the knuckles (left on right side, etc.) so that I can use a straight tierod in front of the axle? |

Hmmm... Maybe you can cut the end off, and machine & thread it to look like the other side. Then just re-use the tie-rod with a tie-rod end on both ends.
