any ideas or suggestions???
looking for a front winch or heavy duty bumper for my 96 ram. like to spend no more than $700. looking for chrome or stainless if possible. advice please...

For that kind of money, you will need to have one made by a lcaol shop. The more popular companies that make full replacement winch bumpers for the Ram are:

Reunel
Prozap
Road Armor
RanchHand
ARB

All these are $1000 to start. Reunel makes a stainless version, but expect to pay $3500 filly loaded
