I thinking of buying a 1999 Ram 1500 sport, 4x4, 40K miles. It has two problems
1. When you hit the button to turn the over drive off it doesn't turn off. The trans shifts fine and goes into over drive but i can't turn it off, any ideas whats wrong? 2. I drove it on the highway and when you hit a bump in the road it seems to bounce a lot, and i'm not talking about just riding like a truck should but it seems like it has no shocks. Would the stock shocks need to be replaced after 40K miles? 3. He's asking $15,500 for it and the truck is in perfect shape, good deal?

1. I don't know what's wrong but for $15,500, I'd make the seller fix it.
2. Stock shocks are typically crap. 3. $15,500 sounds a bit high, check www.kbb.com |
