Question 1944 Dodge fire truck to power wagon

I just acquired a 1944 Dodge Fire truck I don't know if, to make it a 4x4 dually version of a long bed power wagon or just keep it a 2wd hauler.

i have some ideas of what to do, from adding a semi-truck sleeper to make it a king cab/crew cab, or where to front a front axle to make it a 4x4.

What do you recommend?

Thanks.

Would hate to see any old Dodge Fire Truck stripped, but then at least it's still around.

Please join us at the following group for owners of 1939-47 Dodge Trucks:
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/39-47Dodge/

As a collector of Dodge Fire Trucks, I'd like to see photos and know it's history before it striped.

THANKS!!

English? That was English you stupid son of a bitch.

This sticky:

/forum/dodge/512783-attention-read-thread-before-you-post.html

...clearly states that this sort of bullshit doesn't belong here. I tried being nice and told you to go to another forum but no, you had to be a whiny bitch and try to be a smartass. That shit doesn't play around here. Also we aren't going to play the "you don't have a build and so have no right to tell me to fuck off" game. What I have built in the past and what I am working on is irrelevant. You are breaking the rules and were informed of it, then you got antsy, and no you piss everyone here off and basically run yourself off the forum because you can't play well with others. Now run along and find another forum that is suited to whatever the fuck you are doing since you can't seem to decide for yourself and fuck off.

Oh, my apologies, since you are everyone.
Your English, not the most desirable.
Sorry if I uncorked your most advanced language.
That link you sent me, not the right one nor useful, but thanks anyways for your effort.

The link is correct Monkeyshit, everyone who is a regular here knows exactly what thread #512783 is since we have to post the link to it for you dumbass fools all the damn time. There is nothing wrong with my English and no, this is not my most advanced language. My more advanced one has a lot more profanity and involves a lot of violent sex with your dead mother's corpse.

Lmao!
Only I could ever get away with modifying a fire truck on this forum because I am a firefighter.

Any plan that does not involve complete restoration of said fire truck should result in you being hog tied, gagged, and dragged by your genitals for one hundred miles or until they are ripped off, whichever occurs first. Old Dodges are rare enough, but old Dodge fire trucks are a true treasure and should be treated as such, not modified or converted to some abortion of a rig, and certainly not by someone like you.

Ok, I'get it, and I understand the passion that some people may feel for an Old Dodge fire truck, I know they are rare, I may reconsider my plans for that truck, The fact is that I have it know and I really want to do something with it, thank you for the one (ones) that gave me some good faith input, for the ones that are just shooting blanks behind a online chat, I'm sorry I encounter you.

Everybody reading this thread can see the kind of individuals one can encounter just by asking for other's opinion.

Thank you all, have a good life!

By the way, they are so rare, I will consider a good offer to buy, if interested (seriously) let me know.

I think the point you are missing is that you asked for an opinion on PIRATE 4X4. This isn't "HoldYourHandThroughLife.com" or "AllYourWorthlessFuckingQuestionsAnsweredPolitely. com"

Have a very short life!

Please!
