Thanksgiving at Panamint Springs
Anyone ever done the free turkey day dinner at Panamint Springs? Thinking about doing it this year instead of Panamint Valley days.

I've got a few friends who go every year. They all have a good time. They do volunteer prep work the night before.
I don't recall the number of folks who show up for dinner, but I know is over 200 people. If you want to stay at the resort, better call 'em now and check on room/camp availability. That time of year fills up fast. Of course there's plenty of desert to dry camp in the area.
