If you are making the connections under the dash, you will have a white and a white/red in the ignition harness that are both constant 12 volt hot.
The horn switch (ground) wire is green/red at the column. you should also be able to find the horn wire in the accessory harness coming from the column. If you wanted to have the horn on the ignition hot, the wire is black/yellow in the same harness as the constant hot. You could also power directly from the battery using an inline fuse and use the switch wire (again, green/red) under the dash. |
