LED quick flash

I'm looking for the part or piece that makes your brake lights flash real quick before staying on. I've seen it on motorcycles, but don't know what it's called.

I run this one : http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brake-Attent...4bfd30&vxp=mtr

Not the cheapest ($20), but you can adjust the flashing rate and number of flashes. I have one on both my bikes.
