Wire through roof

I need to pass a 12/4 SJOOW wire in a conduit through my shed roof into a single gang box. (for solar panels)

What is the correct way to do that and not have it leak?

Was thinking of using a vent pipe flashing, but smallest I can find is 1.5".

Correct way? Service entrance head.

They make them down to 1" in size.

We have used these on countless Police and Fire vehicle builds Quick Disconnect With 22' Cable . They have a lot of wires, but you can combine sets of wires for higher draw connections. They are dis-connectable, high quality, and very well sealed, just not super cheap at around 180 with all wiring.

I got it worked out. I drilled a ~1" hole alongside the truss, stuck in a 3/4" 90* sweep metal conduit and clamped it to the truss under the roof. The opening of the 90* is downhill.

Ran the 2 cables in each (#6 ground and the SJOOW 12-4 wire) and then used some black jack roof tar to seal it all up. I have used it in the past with good success (Direct TV installer lag bolted a dish to my roof at the wrong end of my house.. didn't wait till I got home to start work).

Building is just a storage shed with an open ceiling, so if it does end up leaking I will be able to tell and repair it without causing any issues. It's under a panel and it's close to the peak so not like it will be seeing all that much water either.

I had found some roof jacks that went small enough, but they were like 6" tall. From the roof service to the under of the solar panel I have maybe 3-4".
