2001 Ram Brake Light Wiring
Just as the title says. I've searched and searched, but I can't find a brake light wiring diagram for this model. I've got all other lights: turn signals, flashers, running lights, and backup lights. Only no Brake lights.
Fuse looked good (drivers side of the dash, facing the door for future reference), and the dual filament bulbs look good. I also checked voltage at the fuse block and it checks out at 11.45V. So, I pulled the tail lights and on the drivers side there's a couple random wires twisted together with elec. tape going on indicating some shady work. Cliffs notes: no brake lights, and I need a wiring diagram to figure out what goes where.

If all the other lights work, then your problem is elsewhere. The turn signal and brake lamps share the same wiring. Look for a broken wire near the brake pedal switch. The pink/red wire should have power all the time. White/tan wire goes from the switch through a junction block and then to the turn signal switch.
