GM Performance 502 Big Block

That's right, here's your chance.

I have an opportunity to pick up a new RAMJET 502, so I am selling my existing engine.

So, here's a smoking deal on my existing GM Performance 502 Big Block, to which I have added a 950 CFM TBI with Howell/GM ECM, custom PROM and complete wiring harness. As well, I am including a complete Electromotive Direct Distributorless ignition, Billet Aluminum Cam Trigger and sensor.

GM Performance 502 Big Block

450 HP @ 5250 RPM, 550 FT.LBS of Torque @ 3500 RPM (Max. Recommended RPM: 5500)
8.75:1 Compression Ratio
Cast Iron 4-Bolt Main Block
1053 Forged Steel Crankshaft
Forged Aluminum Pistons
4340 Forged Steel Connecting Rods w/ 7/16'' Bolts
Cast Iron 118cc Chamber Cylinder Heads w/ 2.19'' Int./ 1.88'' Exh. Valves
Steel Hydraulic Roller Cam, Lift: .510'' Int./ .540'' Exh., Duration @ .050: 211° Int./ 230° Exh.
1.7 Ratio Rocker Arms
Aluminum Dual Plane Intake Manifold
8'' High-RPM Torsional Damper
Cast Iron Water Pump
14'' Flexplate
Crate Engine PN 809-12568778

In addition, the engine includes the following:

Holley 950 CFM TBI
Howell Camero TPI ECM w/Custom 502 Chip
Howell Wiring Harness with custom crosslink for TBI
All Sensors including O2 (I also will include the required O2 weld in Sensor Boss)
ElectroMotive Direct Ignition (75,000 volts per coil)
Billet Aluminum Cam Trigger w/Sensor

Or (your choice)

Holley 4di ECM w/Wiring Harness and Fuel Map for 502

The engine has less then 3000 miles on it and is in excellent shape. Includes intake, water pump TBI, wiring harness, ECM, all sensors etc.

If you want ultimate tuneability, I would recommend the Holley ECM, which is fully tuneable with a PC Laptop. (software included) As well, I have a dyno 502 fuel map and other custom fuel maps for the 502 (included)

If you want to run the Howell (GM) ECM, it includes the custom burned PROM for the 502 (included)

The engine is in excellent condition and has less then 3000 (yes THREE THOUSAND) low RPM miles on it.

New, the components go for:

GM Perfomance Engine - $5500.00
Holley 900 CFM EFI - $1400.00
Howell Wiring Harness and ECM w/chip - $700.00
Electromotive Direct Ignition - $500.00
Electromotive Billet Cam Trigger - $250.000

I will remove the engine from the truck and have it available on a crate for delivery. The engine is currently in the truck in running condition.

This engine is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you want it, then you will need to arrange shipping to your part of the country. I cannot arrange shipping for you, nor do I know how much shipping will cost to get it to your area. Fed EX and UPS have websites that will give you this information.

Oh, if you want the Holley 4di ECM, i have an old Dell Laptop with Win 98 and the Holley software and fuel maps installed

I'll throw that in as well for tuning along with the cable for tuning. It's really not worth much, but I won't be needing it so you might as well take it.

Tim.
