I've got an SM420, an Advance Adapter mating the SM420 to a Landcruiser 3Speed t-case, and a spare Landcruiser 3 Speed case. I'll also throw in a Chevy small block bellhousing and clutch fork. $650 takes it.

I don't know anything about Landcruisers. Will the adapter also fit an Jeep Dana 300?

Negative. This adapter is only for the landcruiser 3 speed case. Sorry.
