The ultimate T-18 combo!!
SOLD
Lakewood explosion proof chevy to jeep bell housing/T-18 6.32:1 1st gear/dana 18 T-case $500 -- the input shaft and bearing retainer have been shortened 1/2" and it uses a stock chevy T.O. bearing -- this combination must be used behind a chevy motor or you will need a new input shaft SOLD Last edited by rolloverboy; 12-07-2006 at 03:44 AM. |

I'd let the bell housing go for $275, but you may need to modify your input shaft. Check out 4wd hardware part #2439; this is the bellhousing which fits the T-18 just fine with the addition of one half inch nut welded in for it's bolt pattern. The bearing retainer has the same diameter but my T-18 input shaft and retainer were about 1/2" too long (hit the clutch fingers). It's a fairly simple mod.

bellhousing is excellent, with the following mods:
- pass. side flange ground so as to not bind on driveshaft at max travel - bottom flange ground flat at same height as oil pan to attach skid plate - drive side has 1/4" plate welded and threaded to attach hydraulic slave cylinder tranny is good used unit - has never popped out of gear, but has the usual wear on 1st/reverse teeth. T-case has all the normal dana 18 leaks(rear shims and bottom pan) and some play in the front yoke(less than 1/8") would prefer pickup only as i will need to seperate and ship seperately due to weight, but if interested i will try to get detailed info. a quick look at ups.com comes in around 250-300(from 01085) plus whatever i need to crate it.
