beefcake trans 6.3-1 1st gear & Dana 300

I tried to put pics on but I'm retarded. Looks like a NV4500 but its only a 4spd. 1st gear is like 6.3 to 1 (thats just from spinning the shaft) and 4th gear is only around 1.6 to 1. So it really won't work for me since my jeep also sees a lot of road miles. It came from an old J truck and has the #s 13-01-065-906 stamped on the case. Also mated to a dana 300. Seems like it would make a killer Crawler trans. Thing is HEAVY. Anybody no what it is or want to buy it. I will throw it on a skid and ship on your quarter (why does everybody say dime?) Or I will be heading west on I70 next week. Email me for pics since I don't know how to put them on here. |

told you
Ok... told you I was retarded. It's a T18. Never saw an OEM one mating with a D300 before.
1st gear is a NV4500 kicking 6.32. (Damn I'm good). 4th is 1 to 1 (yeah I'm an idiot. I was in 3rd gear) So I'm probably going to keep it since it doesn't bring a lot of cash. It doesn't have overdrive but 1 to 1 will get by. I just can't go as low in the ring & pinion |
