Wheelchair friendly tent

Since there isn't a camping section and those that go on expeditions like we do often use a tent I thought I would toss this in this part of Pirate

I just thought I would let everyone know that there is a wheelchair friendly tent on the market and Disabled Explorers will be doing a review very soon.
BlueSky Designs works on all kinds of solutions to mobility issues and they came up with this tent and Eureka agreed to make it for them.
Retails just over $300 which isn't bad if it is a good quality tent.
Watch for a review soon by myself and Corbin our new wheelchair gear testing dude.
Here is a sneak peek pic

awesome.

i'm not disabled, but i worked on a lot of ADA stuff in my last job for the port of san diego, so i dig the effort put into "accessible" gear.

regards,
Brian

Sweet that would come in handy for tossing your drunk friends in too

How is the entry/exit area do you think it would hold up to prolonged rolling over? That would be my concern.

I was thinking about that too...
I was also thinking/hoping that they would make the floor material a lot beefier than a standard tent floor.
The PSI seen at the bottom of the wheels has to be a lot higher than what the average foot makes on the ground right?

Lance, are you guys going to do any long terms reviews on it as well?

Have you looked at motorcycle pop-up tent trailers? It might be possible to retrofit one of those to be a little more user friendly.
