Off Road / Overland / Expedition Trailer / Camping Trailer

Hello

I just though I would share some of my Off Road Tent and Expedition Trailers that we are building. They are Laser cut and every one is hand built in the USA By Off-Roaders For Off-Roaders.

They come stock with leaf springs but we can install airbag set up if you would like, we can install Torsion but don't recommend them on 4x4 trail's.

We also are just started building DIY trailer tub for you guys that want to put all your hours into building a trailer and save you some money. I will post that up in the right section here in a day or two.

We also are sell Roof top tent's from 3 different manufactures to offer a wide verity of choices for the customers.

Our Web site: http://www.sierra4x4trailers.com

you can find us on Facebook too: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sierra...9998049?ref=mf

Nice trailers.
Just a quick suggestion though, I've heard a number of people have had rocks thrown up from the towing vehicle and hit the jerry cans and leave dents and the occasional small puncture. You might want to offer some sort of protection for the front surface of the cans as an option.

EDIT: And can you include the details and types of RTT's you will be selling on your website?

Nice website and nice trailers...
We have to figure out some kind of trailer setup for the tank treaded powered wheelchair we have on loan.
It is 37" wide and 48" long and weighs 350lbs

The thing is a great to give the disabled folks a chance to explore once we get out on the trail...the big problem right now it taking it with us.

I see you have a rear drop down tailgate, how wide is that opening? I couldn't find that info on the website.

And how much $$$?
It looks like a nice design, but I can't figure out the "3" axis part.
I see the side to side movement at the standard hitch mount point, and then the up/down movement where the hitch pin is, but where is the 3rd axis?

I am guessing twist at the large black threaded connection-

The part I am not too sure about is the turning one... if I see things right, it looks like it just pivots on the zinc plated bolt- I hope there is some kind of bushing or I am not seeing it right otherwise it is just metal on metal.

There is a bushing at the attach point on the vehicle hitch, plus the shaft rotates at the receiver part of the hitch, with a grease zerk for trouble free movement for years to come. this photo was a early production photo so the new ones do't have the threaded part forward of the stop nuts. I will get updated photos as soon as I can.

This is hitch is offered by other trailer builder's and has been a well proven combo.

Price is $225.00

It sales for $225.00

If anybody is interested in the first version hitch we have 6 of these left. there is no difference in the functionality of the hitch's only cosmetic changes. We will sell the 6 remaining ones for $175.00 + shipping
