I have been researching and decided that there are tons of choices out there. Seems like the most common sizes are 20, 25, 30 and some 35" options. 20" seems to be for the light weight person, but cant find too much info on the weight range for the others. Right now I am at 235 but plan to be around the 220 mark by next month. I am thinking the 25's are what I should go with but I have no real idea. Never needed any back south where I am from. Pro's and Con's of certain shoes? What should I look for and also look out for?

I have had decent luck with them behind 94.5-97 diesels that have been modified, but never 4 wheeled with one or tractor pulled.

These have been a long time in the works and it looks like they were well worth the wait! First I would like to thanks to Bobby Cox, a school teacher in Georgia that helped push me into making these the right way, Big and Strong! If you are not from the wet and muddy rocks you likely don't really understand Roc's and just why you want them. The guys that need these are not running 22R motors (not that there is anything wrong with that), they are running Big V8's with loads of HP because if you can't get through the mud to get to the rocks you can't crawl the rocks!

These are made with those guys in mind and go hand in hand with 44" and bigger tires. We make these with 10.5" of seperation so you don't just roll over your links and they are 3/8" thick and reinforced in 3 places with 1/4" plate so 600HP dosen't just eat them and spit out the pieces. But the most important thing we do that seems so obvious to me but I guess not to everyone else is we put the angled end on the bottom, not the top. If you have ever built a rockwell linked rig with the angled links on top you know why you want them on the bottom....

These have 25 degrees built in but you can easily go 30+ degrees and still have room for an oilpan without being 10' tall...Thats right, just under 3 PBR's tall (Those are 1.25" heims!). We left out a small reinforcement on the bottom from the pics because it was just too hard to see it all with it in there, it will come with the kit and these come in pairs.

And for those of you running coils....

Available for 4.5" or 5.5" coil springs....We left out the retainers for the coils and the bottom reinforcement plate for picture clarity but they come with the pair! The plate shown is for the 4.5" coils...

I am restoring a 81 FSJ working on the plunger switch in the door jam that activates the dom, etc. I have a similar switch still in my YJ door that the rockcrawler doesn't need.

FSJ door switch has one spade connnector with constant 12v. It actually scrws in the door which grounds it out. Thats how it works.

The YJ switch is plastic but metal where you use a phillips head screw to mount it. It has two spade connectors.

Using alligator clips I grounded the switch where it has the screw plate and attached the power to one of the spades. I tried several different combinations.

What am I missing?

Cliff notes: trying to use a two spade switch in place of a bad one spade switch.

Anyone know where the best, cheapest, closest, source for H1 wheels is to Lewiston Id. I have a 48' Dodge Power Wagon, 318ci, Lockrights, Pto winch, OBA, etc. My split ring, rims and Power Kings are wearing out, and I'm looking to upgrade. I actually built a tubeless single bead lock out of one of the old wheels but without a safety bead I couldn't get the back bead to seal at trail pressures. The H1 wheels looked to be the next best option. I know that the 16.5" tire selection isn't very good but this is mainly an off-road machine anyway, so it really wouldn't matter to much if I have to run an interco tire (seems to be the only manufacturer with a good selection of 16.5s). I've checked into several different places, seems like the rim prices are reasonable but shipping is a killer. I've found several references to a place in Wa. state that sells them, but I can't find any contact info. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx

Dylan

P.S. What's a decent price to pay for a just a stock 12 bolt (I'm planning on recentering myself)
