Any performance stuff? I need a fuel system, stage 1.5-2 inj, 38r or d66,

I think I'll end up with a set of ac injectors and a reg ret fuel system for awhile.

I don't have any performance items but can help you with a better idea on the fuel system upgrade.I will PM you the info.

On you injectors just build them yourself they are easy to do.Here is where go for my parts.
http://www.rosewooddieselshop.com/

I do recommend the D66 though. My friend Mr.Bean designed it and it great for 40psi and below.Easily works for 450hp and slightly more.

You can run a superduty frame pump with a inline spin on filter and a pressure regulator. There's a few ways to do it. On psn there's a bunch of different DIYs.

Being my truck is a '97 Cali I have different injectors and other odd crap.

Jim's site still looks as though he still sells the parts to do it yourself?I haven't talked to him sense I went to the so called "darkside"

Like I told dieselboy740.I got some good pics on webshots below my sig of my old fuel system. It was way overkill with -10AN feed to Y-block (2) -6AN to back fuel rail gallery, not the 1/8"NPT ports the stock lines go to.I returned from the (2) 1/8" NPT ports on the front of heads to a Aeromotive fuel regulator.Off the reg returned fuel to the rear tank with a -8AN.I pull fuel out the front through a 5/8 drawl tube to Voramax fuel filter system to the A1000 fuel pump them to a 2 micron fuel filter. My front and rear tanks tied together with a -12AN hose.I had all SS braided hose.Like I said way overkill but with BD530 injectors w/a 7 hole .0085 nozzles it kinda needed it.

What I told DB740 was instead of tie the feed into where the stock lift pump lines go,the 1/8"NPT holes on the top side of the heads. To go to the fuel rail gallery plug, which is removed with a 3/8 ratchet.Remove it and weld a -6AN bung onto it and drill it through with a 5/16" drill bit.At that time you can choose to either weld the 4 holes in the threaded part of the plug or leave them.If you choose to leave them then install a1/8NPT pipe plug where the out lift pump line fittings were.

Like I said a lot of good pics on my webshots below my sig.

Lol. I'm headed out to the desert. So far the front shocks are awesome. It really brings out how much my rear sucks.

Okay so all this driving has got me thinking. I think I'm going to inboard the rear Leaf springs underneath the frame. And I get some shocks for the back and see how that works. Posted via Siri while driving lol.

Truck is turning out great. I would suggest running some 08+ f-250 rear spring inboarded. Im running some stock 11 rear springs on my setup and it works great. 2011-12 rear springs are even softer. Wouldn't kill your towing ability to much either. Pm me if you need parts from rosewood im a dealer for him.

How streetable is the rig? Could it knock down long distance's on the Highway?

I just think it would be nice to be able to have a rig that capable, that you could drive to the trails/desert.

Do the shocks really make that big of a difference in the trucks performance? In the you tube vid, it looks like the rear is bouncing some, and the front is really eating up the woops/bumps nicely. I guess my question for you is, do the shocks really make up a big difference? Sorry for the dumb questions. I have similar leafs on my truck and have been thinking about doing some high speed stuff.

I drove it to koh a few weeks ago. It will cruise on the fwy and doesn't wander that bad at all. It does get body roll if you try to throw it into a corner though.

My rear blows. Its bouncy and it rough as hell. The front stays planted and it smooth through almost anything. If I was to do more I'd want swaybars.

Ok you say the rear blows...do you think if you put some 14'' shocks on the rear, like you did the front, it will work alot better. What kind of shocks are on the rear right now?

Stock super duty ranchos that are laid down/ angled a lil too much. It has suspension travel it just cannot control it.
I'm giving profender a shot and so far so good with the fronts.

Shocks ABSOLUTELY make a HUGE difference when you are talking about high end resis or bypasses (fox, king, saw ect.) I would get a good set of resi shocks and if it still doesn't ride better get some deavers
