How would one go about requesting a spot like the toyota guys for just rangers explorers and b2s?

every time i want to research something within this subject i have to weed though all the other treads. most time i will select one and it will be some high school kid that is for the first time getting a 4 in lift on his first ford, throwing on some 32s and thinks that is a legit off roader. Or i will have to sift though all the f150s and full-size broncos to find something of interest.

Dont get me wrong, i was that kid is high school, but i just think there should be a spot to just find all out explorer ranger and b2 builds.

maybe put some guidelines to it. say it has to have at least a sas, 37in tires and a locker of some sort.

what do you all think? How can we get this done? and who will monitor it?

i know im working on getting a star. i have to wait till i get back to the united states. dont ask me why. we have all the internet you could want but not much access to our banking info.

i think a member with some longer ties would be better suited for asking camo or lance. im hopping that if enough members think its a good idea then we can make it happen. just haven't heard much talk of this before.

I dont even know when the last time a new section was made.

i think there is more than enough "Hardcore" guys to get this thing started.

Last new section was either the Willys/Flatfender forum or the Mud section...

might be easier to get one of the Ford mods to sticky a thread that lists "all the buildups" for the ranger/exploder/BIIs and have someone keep track and "vet" each submission before added to the master list in the first post.

thats an idea. ill start looking into that, might take a while to get every build up. but it is doable.

ill add mine up here in a few months. and start compiling all others "I" think fit as well.

all members are welcome to add and help out.

Just let me know if there is even that big of an interest in something like this.

I think there's enough RBV forums out there to get all the info needed. Not that i'm opposed to having one here but the other sites are usually the "go-to" sites as far as i'm concerned.

I'm surprised there hasn't been an Early Bronco sub forum established either, I guess that's the way it goes.

This request has been thrown out before. The Ford section isn't anywhere near the busiest on PBB and a subsection just doesn't seem to be a real need; then or now.

Back when I was a teenager I was given a straight bodied '87 B2 with a blown head gasket, and a spare good motor to go with. Guy just needed it out of his yard.

I swapped engines and sold it for $400 to a buddy of mine. Didn't know what I had, and I'm still hitting myself over it.

For that $400 I could have had a lot more fun than I did with several of the vehicles I have owned since.
