Explorer 4.0 weight
Well I had one on th floor last night and I have some bath room scales that I weigh every thing on.
Well the 4.0 weight was 450 without flywheel. There heavy little f-ers My l33 is only 403 with flex plate Scott

I know they ain't light, was trying to move mine around the other day.... Although its not much heavier than my 2.3 turbo motor

The 2.8 isn't light either.. I gained .25" ride height when I swapped it for the 302.

Unless your 302 has alumin heads that thing should weigh roughly the same now if you moved it back that would be different
