289 rear sump oil pan questions

i have a front sump oil pan on my 289 and it is very close to the axle diff. i am going to convert the motor to rear sump using a kit like the one here:

http://store.yahoo.com/mustangweekly/mf-6675-a58.html

does this come with everything i will need to do it?

(it says "Includes rear sump oil pan, dipstick, tube, pickup, and special attaching bolt)

or do i need a new pump or anything like that. i searched and found a post that says what other ford models a rear sump came stock on, but that doesn't help me. i just need to know if this kit is all i'll need

Jeg's sells a complete kit to change to a rear sump for just over a $100 bucks, it's factory Ford stuff. I am using the same stuff except my pan doesn't have the stick in it, it goes in the front of the engine, works great for me.

i went to their website and found just an oil pan for sale, but not a complete kit. do you know where on the site it is? also, the pictures they show of the unplated and chrome pans look different, with chrome having a lot more clearance in the front than the unplated. is that how they really look?

Check junkyards, have seen a lot of rear sump 302's. Get pan with tube, dipstick, the one main bolt with stud to hold up pick-up,and pick-up tube.Make sure its not a 351w(larger mains)
