Can someone tell me if in 1994 or 1995 if the Ford Super Duty had a solid front axle or just the TTB D50? Did they even have a SD in those years? Sorry, this is for a friend of mine, I am a Jeepin Guy. Thanks.

Before 1980 the f-250s had a solid front axle. Then they were TTB until the new body style came out in 1999. These new ones have a solid axle again. So the years you are talking about would have the TTB unless someone swapped in a Dana 60 which is not hard or uncommon to do.

cj8scrambld,
In 1994 and 1995 the Super Duty and the F250 were two different things. The F250 would have had a TTB D50. The '94 & '95 Super Duty (which was really an F450) was only available in 2WD and had a solid front axle. If you want a D60 front, you have to look for F350s.
