standard rot. diff. in 76?

quick question. did any 1976 ford trucks come with a standard rotation differential in the front 44?

The 3/4 and 1 tons did. 1/2 tons were high pinion.

ummmm i think he wants to know if ford used a low pinion D44 in 76... no they did not, if it's low pinion it's a D60....

Or a D44HD... they were low-pinion until 77.5

F-250 (3/4 ton as stated earlier) STILL used the low pinion D-44, LD or HD, didn't matter. what was new was it had disc brakes.
1977 1/2 model year saw the first HP D-44 for a 3/4 ton(F-250)
