It's a 79 f-150 dana 44 axle that I'm welding spring perches on this weekend. What's the stock caster for one of these?

Go with positive 3.5 degress, its a good moderate angle, and its probaly pretty close to the stock angle. Any less than that, and it will wander, and more, and you will have a hard time steering.
