SuperDuty 7.3 Intercooler Mounting Grommets

I'm swapping a 1st get Cummins into a Ford Centurion and I've got a 99 7.3 Intercooler.
The intercooler's brand new and doesn't have the mounting bushings.

-the one's in the picture were scavenged off the 89s Condenser and they're cracked and a sloppy fit.

They're discontinued.
Ford PN: F81Z6C680AA

I just got back from the ACE Hardware down the street and then didn't have anything that would work.

Anyone familiar with an affordable grommet/bushing from another application that works well?

Update:

After some more searching I found the correct placement of hyphens in the PN:
F81Z-6C680-AA

The girl at the Ford dealership wrote them down without them.

By searching that, I found them at sunrisefordparts.com for under $5 each with free shipping.

We'll see if I get an email saying they're unavailable.

I'm curious about this too, I'm just starting my cummins conversion on my 2002 f350 that was originally a gasser. Have you looked through energy suspension website? What about a shock bushing? I picked up a set from them to mount my airdog to the frame and help reduce vibration. They had 2 pages of different size and shape shock bushings.

The tab on the Mishimoto intercooler is 3/16" thick. 3/4" hole.

I've been searching Grainger and eBay. I think I might have found something that'll work.

Maybe something like these sway bar link bushings?

Universal Sway Bar End Links | By Size | Energy Suspension

Or these shock bushings?

Universal Shock Eye Bushings | Polyurethane | Energy Suspension

For rubber (what I'd recommend over poly) that may work there are some generic shock mounts that you can grab at your local O'Reilly for $7.

Dorman HELP! 31001 - Shock Bolt Kit | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Do you still have that 460 fan shroud by chance? I got the factory part number but never heard back on the measurements.

Those kind look like the stock ford Radiator mounting bushing, have you tried to see if those fit?

I've found some firewall grommets on McMaster that are the right size. I'm looking for the ideal ferrule to fit in the grommet.

With minimum quantities, I'll probably end up with a handful of extra.
So if it works out. I can sell extras at cost and they'll fit in an envelope.

Have you called Mishimoto, see if they know of an application? Could always go walk around a pick a part and start measuring other rad/condeser/etc bushings.

I did call Mishimoto and they didn't have any input.

Trying to avoid going to a Pick-a-part.
It's a pain around here.

I use a piece of rubber hose and 2 washers. When you tighten it the hose squishes out and holds it.

Dodge intercooler mounts are similar also, go to a radiator shop, they will have a bucket full of bushings like that..
