Post 95 ranger fender chopping

Any one who has done this or has ideas...how did you relocate your inner fender when you chopped th front fenders and did you remound all the shit in the engine compartment that sits on the inner fender? Im looking to chop about 4 inches all the way around...

most of us dont think when we get a sawzall in our hands things just sorta happen. your thinking to much just plug it in and go to town.
