Post Help starting problems!!!

I just purchased an 88 F250 with a 460...the truck itself is in good shape and I got it for a steal...but it wont start-up...it will fire up on starter fluid but it wont continue to run...we've checked the fuel pressure and it is fine...but what would you guys suggest checking first??? possibly fuel pump? ignition coil? plugs and wires? any suggestions are apreciated <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

TIA
