Is there anything I can do (inexpensive if possible) to up the performance and fuel economy of my 5.0L?

I'd go to http://www.corral.net to ask this question (well, search first as there is a lot of info).

The answer depends on what you're willing to do. A cam change is pretty cheap but takes some work. K&N w/ Exhaust. Advance the timing a bit. A9L or A9P computer is good as well...
