The ZF was only factory installed in F250's and bigger, there apparently are some F150's and Broncos out there with the ZF installed from the factory, but, they are few and far between. Anyhow, if the trans has the same bellhousing pattern, it's interchangable. Both 5 speeds that were offered in these trucks share the same dimensions, so, the small block version of the ZF and the M5OD are interchangable.

yep, no ZF's in bronco's.
If you get one from a F-250, along with all the accesories, it will bolt right in.
