Question ford t-case

Does anyone know what kinds of t cases would have been available on Ford trucks along with the 460 and 3 speed auto tranny? I should be pickin up the whole setup from a friend soon, but I don't know what the t case is. Also, I have no idea what kind of truck this was originally from (he picked it up from HIS friend and doesn't know either). Thanks.

Depending on the year it is likely a BW Borg Warner 1345 or 1356. Both are quite good and strong. Although I think the 1356 has the edge over the 45. I think the 45 ended around 90 and then they went to the 56 but I could be wrong. Someone else will likely know better than I. Is there a tag or any stamped numbers on the case?

I haven't even seen it yet, so I wouldn't know if there's any markings.

Could be a 203 or 205 too if it was from the 70's.

Only if the 460 was swapped in.
