Backfiring HELP
ok so i just finished putting a edelbrock performer intake and a holley 4160 4bbl on my brothers plow truck, and im having big time backfiring issues..... we can get the truck to stumble and sputter, but it wont idle, and during the stumbleing and sputtering it will pop and flame out the carb...... i need to know if i need to lift the distro out again and if so what direction to move the rotor??? the distro turns counter clockwise, so should i be turning the rotor backwards or forwards??? ive got the fuel screws set at 2.5 turns out...... the 4160 is electric choke, so should i be leaning out my choke curve??? gimme any help you got.
