7.3 powerstroke turbo problems
I had a oil leak so I replaced the high pressure oil pump and the pedastal and turbo oil o-rings. Now that it's all back together it feels like the turbo isn't working any ideas?

there is a butterfly valve on the outlet side of the turbo that helps the motor warm up. check and make sure that you didnt bump it closed. the linkage for the valve is on the bottom of the outlet, make sure you can move the arm
