Stuck of the Year!

Its the time of year again

Okay, I used to run these every year on another board, but they are really more appropriate here, since this is where the hard core action is at.

The rules:

Post up a pic and brief explanation of your award winning stuck. Doesn't matter if your wedged upside down between a couple of rocks or up to your cab in a mudbog. Has to be YOUR Ford stuck that happened off-road THIS year. Sorry all you chebbie lurkers in the Ford section

Once we have a good selection, I'll make a new thread with a poll for everybody to vote on, to see who wins the Pirate 4x4 Ford stuck of the year award.

Bring it bitches

I've had some good ones this last year, but I think this is my worst stuck....

35s almost completely under

My dumba$$ friend who decided to open the door and let a ton of water inside the cab, good thing I Herculined the whole interior

Quickest and most fun way to wash out the interior

If you haven't gotten stuck, you're not trying hard enough. Heres mine that won last year: 44" Boggers + 18" lift + mud past the bumpers = good times

I'm waiting for somebody to submit (dangeranger?) to post a pic of them upside down wedged into a canyon and on fire

hey I don't get "stuck"

I just get into "situations"... like once in tank trap I got a flat, rolled and finished it off with a battery fire

stuck in Azusa Canyon quicksand
was running 35" boggers

My winch kept stalling even with a snatch block because i couldnt break the sucktion.
ended up using 3 trucks to tug me out
broke a 2" dia round tow ship rope and it punched a hole into the grill and left a nice dent in the hood.

my tow hook

Hmm, it seems to me that tow hooks don't work very well when they are in that shape, Hah.

January on Carnage Canyon near Boulder Colorado. Fullsizes aren't supposed to fit through this notch. With enough winch, they fit just fine In this pic, the truck is high centered on the rock rails and wedged pretty hard against the passenger door.

Memorial Day weekend this year.

Here's a view out the pass window.

Took a duece and a half four trys before the mud finally let loose. Here is a shot of the hole in the daylight. This truck was on tractor tires.

Yeah, I know, What the F#$% was I thinking. I had to at least try, didn't I? The truck is still sitting on the trailer waiting for winter repairs. Good thing I had the 78 to get me through the summer.

Red face Ford?

Ya'll know Land Rover is owned by Ford, right? Have a couple of those pics.

Yes, we know. Ford also owns Jaguar, but we don't want to see pics of those, either. Thats why Rovers have their own bastard stepchild section on Pirate.

Not much of a stuck. Truck still had open diffs at the time and I broke through a snowbank this spring. Really didn't feel like gettin on her too hard as I just got it driving. Tractor was only a half mile away so it was an easy extraction.
